Prakrthi

“Prakrthi” is nature in the language of Sanskrit. This production blends Kuchipudi dance technique and puppets to represent environmental protection ."Prakrthi" premiered at the International Festival of Arts and Ideas -New Haven in 2017. Featuring handcrafted puppets by Ratnamala Nori, this non lyrical production embodies elements of nature and depicts the horrific forest fires which wipe out natural habitats.
